How can I purchase your products?

You can purchase any product directly from my website. Simply visit the product pages to learn more and place your order. Some products offer a subscription plan that gives you a 25% discount. You can cancel or edit your plan at any time.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties by visiting the subscription management portal. If you experience any issues, you can reach out via the support chat or drop a line at support@yanholder.com. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. If your expectations are not met, feel free to reach out within 30 days of ordering and will assist you accordingly. Contact customer service on support@yanholder.com or use the chat box in the lower right corner. If we don't reply immediately, we will get in touch within 24 hours.

What is included in the question books?

The 200 Question books features 200 questions divided into four sets, each set diving deeper than the previous.

How are the products made?

Each of my products is crafted with care, using high-quality materials, manufactured in trusted facilities around the globe. All books feature a premium design and are printed on pure white, high-quality paper. All routine products are made with exceptional quality in mind in order to be absorbed effectively by your body without any side effects. All of the ingredients are sourced from verified high-control suppliers.

Do you design everything yourself?

Yes, every aspect of the process — from the concept and design to content creation and distribution — is done by me. I’m passionate about maintaining full creative control to ensure each product aligns with my vision and purpose. I partner with certified suppliers across the globe to ensure high quality and reliability for every product.

What is the philosophy behind your brand?

My products are inspired by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, focusing on three key aspects of life: relationships, routine, and lifestyle. I aim to create tools that help people evolve and live more fulfilling, balanced lives.

What is your return policy?

If your product is damaged we will gladly send you a replacement. If it doesn't arrive within 30 business days from ordering, we will gladly send a new one. If any problems still persist, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us on support@yanholder.com.

How long does shipping usually take?

We have fulfillment centers in North America, Europe and Australia. However, due to high demand, shipping usually takes between 4 and 15 business days. Sometimes it may take more so feel free to contact us on support@yanholder.com and we'll come back to you with details on your order's status. Most orders also come with tracking.

Is your packaging suitable for gifting?

Not yet. At this stage the packaging is very basic - just a thick cardboard wrap. Durability and access are my top priorities at the moment, but I will definitely get creative with the packaging once I have the capacity.
