You may not resell the product, redistribute it for commercial gain, or publicly post the link on open forums or public websites.* For End-Users: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the platform with anyone outside of your immediate relationship.

* The clinical web portal is completely password-free and does not collect, store, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or health data from end-users.What data do we collect?
If you purchase a license from us, we only collect the data necessary to fulfill your order and send your receipt. This is processed entirely through our Merchant of Record (Gumroad) and includes:
* Contact Information: Your name and email address.
* Transaction Data: Records of what license you purchased and when.
Why do we process your data?

We want you and your practice to be completely satisfied with the Micro-Date Kit. While EU consumer law states that the right of withdrawal is typically waived once a digital download begins, we choose to offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy.
If you purchase a license, test the kit, and feel it does not fit your clinical framework or caseload, you have exactly 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a full refund.How to Request a Refund

Once we receive your request within the 30-day window, we will process the refund through Gumroad. It may take 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. Upon being refunded, your legal license to distribute the kit will be immediately revoked. After 30 days have passed, no refunds will be issued.
