If your journal/book is damaged we will gladly send you a replacement. If it doesn't arrive within 30 business days from ordering, we will gladly send a new one. If any problems still persist, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us on support@yanholder.com.

We have fulfillment centers in North America, Europe and Australia. However, due to high demand, shipping usually takes between 6 and 21 business days. Sometimes it may take more so feel free to contact us on support@yanholder.com and we'll come back to you with details on your order's status.
