We have fulfillment centers in North America, Europe and Australia. However, due to high demand, shipping usually takes between 4 and 15 business days. Sometimes it may take more so feel free to contact us on support@yanholder.com and we'll come back to you with details on your order's status. Most orders also come with tracking.

Not yet. At this stage the packaging is very basic - just a thick cardboard wrap. Durability and access are my top priorities at the moment, but I will definitely get creative with the packaging once I have the capacity.
